1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using IronFocus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to access premium features. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain password security, and notify us immediately of unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Billing: Premium and Annual plans are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective terms. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law or platform policy.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions via your device settings.

Pricing: IronFocus is available at $1.99/month (Monthly plan) or $19.99/year (Annual plan). No free trial is offered. Subscriptions begin immediately upon purchase.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
  • Use automated bots, scripts, or scrapers to access IronFocus
  • Share account credentials or resell subscription access
  • Upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content
  • Interfere with app security or other users' experience

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, UI/UX, logos, and code within IronFocus are owned by IronFocus or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Challenge data and personal entries remain yours; we grant you a license to store and access them via the app.

6. AI Coach & Content Disclaimer

IronFocus includes AI-powered coaching features. These are for productivity and habit optimization only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or financial advice. Always consult qualified professionals for health, mental wellness, or investment decisions. We are not liable for outcomes based on AI suggestions.

7. Limitation of Liability

IronFocus is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app use, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account anytime via the "Terminate Protocol" feature, which permanently erases mission data, biometrics, and history. Data deletion is irreversible.

9. Governing Law
